Our Approach

WSG has invested a great deal of time and energy to meeting their vision for every customer. In order to meet these goals while making deliveries in "Internet Time," it has been necessary to create a model that delivers products quickly and flexibly. One of the main advantages of the Internet is that solutions can often be deployed and updated quickly in reponse to client and customer feedback. For this reason, the spiral development model has proven very effective for our clients. This model is very user-centric, providing for the feedback from the users during the development process.

Information about the proposed problem and solution is gathered at the outset of each project by a series of client interviews. The desired constraints and objectives are collected first, and WSG consults with the client to determine the optimum solution path, and desired image. From that starting point, a working prototype and image are created. The prototype and image are presented to the client, where they can be tested and reviewed. At this point, the completed prototype can be authorized for deployment, or can serve as a starting point for the list of new features and image collected during product testing.
